What's the best graphics card to switch to while having a q43 chipset...P.S my motherboard supports PCI (not PCIe)

Please double check that your board does not have a pcie slot, q43 often has one slot.
As for what will work in a pci slot - if its for business graphics then any. You can pretty much forget about modern gaming. PCI bus and bandwidth is severely limiting and was replaced by AGP for video cards back in the 90's.
