BAD POOL HEADER in windows 7 x86

I inserted a new RAM n i'm getting a BAD_POOL_HEADER error. I've chcked each Ram in each slot n its working 5n. If inserted both RAMs either it gets stuck r shows blue screen with BAD POOL HEADER n restarts which also loops. If its stuck, the screen gets distorted

Sounds like the two ram sticks are not compatible with each other which is why I usually recommend you buy a matched pair and then sell the old one.

What mobo, CPU and model #s of the DRAM? Initially could start with one and raise the DRAM voltage + 0.05, but would have a better idea with the requested info.

When both RAMs are inserted, OS booting comes upto logon screen n when logged in, the pbm i presented occurs. If not compatible, will it work upto logon screen like that? Also my RAMs are transcend DDR2 667MHz n Hynix DDR2 667MHz
