What is a better choice (Ignore price in your answer). The employee will be opening many PDF autocad drawings in BlueBeam Revu and many Excel spreadsheets at the same time. Currently her ram of 8GB maxes out. She has a Samsung NP300V5A-A0KUS.

I am looking at a:
Dell "New Latitude 15 5000 Series (E5570)"
Which has a CPU "Intel Core i7-6600U @ 2.60GHz"
and RAM: 16GB (2x8GB) 2133MHz DDR4 Memory.

CPU Average Passmark benchmark: 4749
RAM is faster: DDR4

VS.
Dell "Precision M2800 Mobile Workstation"
Which has a CPU: "Intel Core i7-4810MQ @ 2.80GHz"
and RAM: 16GB (2x8GB) 1600MHz DDR3L

CPU Average Passmark benchmark: 8793
RAM is slower: DDR3L

Thanks. I found another one that actually has both a decent CPU and DDR4.

It is a Dell: "XPS 15 Non-Touch"
6th Generation Intel Core i7-6700HQ Quad Core (6M Cache, up to 3.5 GHz
16GB (2x8GB) 2133Mhz DDR4 Memory
