GTX 570 SLI vs R9 280X

Hi,
I currently have a 570 GPU, and I'm looking to upgrade my GPU to play BF4 on high/ultra settings. My MOBO support SLI and I have a PSU of 850W. so I thinking to add one more GTX 570 for more performance, but I don't know if 280X will be better.
So which is better?

im assuming that the sli 570 will be cheaper but also a little slower, although it will draw more power and you may notice more microstuttering since this is an older generation of nvidia cards.

Although if you can afford it, then its always best to go for one more powerful gpu then have the ability to upgrade later rather than sli two low end cards

A 280X will be equal to a 7970 GHz, and a pair of GTX 570's in SLI will be equal to a GTX 590 in this chart.
