So I bought an used i5 3570k for my gigabyte ga h61m-ds2h (I know this mobo isn't for overclock, I only bought this cpu because my friend was selling it for a very low price), and I noticed the stock cooler is smaller than my Pentium G2030 one, it simply does not fit my motherboard.

I don't what to do, I have just sold this Pentium online and promised to send the cooler with it. The only way for me is using the pentium's cooler on my i5?

What the hell.

First pic is the i5's cooler, second is the pentium's. I can't post a comparative pic because I'm out of thermal paste now and won't remove the cooler again, but I van guarantee you 100% that the first cooler is smaller and won't fit on my mb.

I'm saying the heatsink size is literally smaller, like if I manage to fit one pin in the motherboard, the other ones won't reach the other holes.
