Any body got a link to for metal gear solid 5 pp update 1.07 pc?
Cant update in steam always getting errors
I want to try download it and instell
I have problem with my internet so i will download it from a frind to usb drive and install but cant find link on web

What error? And have you contacted Steam support about it?

You say you're having a problem with your internet connection, this could be the very reason you can't update via Steam. Get the connection problem fixed and try again.

There is no stand alone update. If you downloaded the game through Steam then a Steam connection is required.

Because that's how it is designed. It's partially an anti-piracy method as pirated copies typically can't be connected to Steam. It's not going to change just because you want it to.
