I would like to see if anyone could find better deals at the same performance or higher? I'm looking for this build to run games at 1080p and stream/render videos.

Are you planning on overclocking?
Either way 8350 is a pretty hot chip and you might want to consider getting an aftermarket cooler regardless of whether you overclock or not
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA4UF2DZ6565
you can drop 8 gigs of your ram for this

the PSU you selected is tier 3 but if you don't plan on overclocking it happens to be very cheap so it should work fine

I happen to have a tier 4 psu in my system with the fx-8350 and it works xd

otherwise the build is pretty good. You could also consider going the intel route for processor and motherboard if you want a system that is a bit cooler

http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2768727/cryorig-hyper-212-evo-killer.html

Cryorig h7 is better that 212 evo. It's been debated and tested multiple times. Only benefit to 212 evo is that it is more available on the market

212 evo is by no means a bad fan. I personally have one, it's just that cryorig h7 is better. smaller, better ram clearance, better looking, better cooling. i would have bought one instead if I knew it existed back in the day

Ok so the other fan is good and should be easy to install. Do you have any other recommendations such as a better case with like 3 fans for cooling since this is a hot unit.

8350 -> Athlon X4 860K, 380 -> 390. And 16 gigs of ram is not really useful for games unless you're doing some heavy multitasking, which saves you money for an aftermarket cooler for better performance.

Total comes out to 670 dollars and like I stated above, you have an aftermarket cooler to OC that 860K and a monster R9 390 with 8 gigs of VRAM that will eat every game you throw at it. I also changed the case to the N200 as it has excellent airflow - comes with an intake and exhaust fan all while costing 5 dollars more than the one you picked; really important key to longer lasting components is making sure they are being properly cooled.

This would make an excellent gaming build.

I think your information is a little off. The 8350 is a little better CPU than the 860k.

860k:

Considering he wants to stream, the additional threads would be used. But I personally think a better alternative would be to try and get an Intel Xeon with a H97 motherboard.

Other items:
1. Get a better power supply. Skip the EVGA 1's (B1, G1 etc). Get the 2's. Far more reliable particularly in your high load requirement (8350 and 380).
2. You will need good up speed to stream.

Thought this was a gaming build... My bad...

EDIT:

The bulldozer line of processors are fantastic - the 8 cores will benefit you A LOT. Only downside to it is how hot the 8350 runs (stock cooler would not be the best) and how much power they consume.. ALTHOUGH another great processor also from AMD you can choose would be the 8320E which is the holy-grail of all AMD chips - half the TDP of the 8350 and about 50 percent less power consumption. It costs marginally 50 dollars less ($120 at NCIX) which gives you money to purchase an aftermarket cooler. The 8320E overclocked competes with i7's at stock speeds while being just as efficient which makes this the best AMD proccesor you can buy for the money right now at the moment. http://www.guru3d.com/articles_pages/amd_fx_8320e_processor_review,19.html

5 dollars over-budget but that's not a biggie right? :p
