Hello. I have an inspiron 5720 and my hard drive failed so I replaced it with a new one from dell and now I can't get windows vista to load (which came with the computer) I canged to boot mode to load from cd drive and it starts loading (windows is loading files) and then when the microsoft corp bar comes up it immediately goes to the BSOD....the bios in this system iis not fully acpi compliant. Can someone please help me solve this. Thank you in advance

One thing you can start with is to just go to your MOBO's website and update BIOS.

If you did not wipe the other disk and installed clean Windows on it, it will not work. You can't just swap in drives from another model and have it run, in most cases.
