Need help re sizing my C partition.

My C partition on my HDD is at 324gb but only 31gbs are being used. i cant re size it in disk management. I'm trying to decrease the size of this partition to Mirror the whole thing to a new ssd that i got. Help!!

The cloning software should have no problems doing that automatically.
Which ssd did you get?

Alternatively, I guess you can use some third party partition manager tool: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/51389-63-good-free-disk-partition-software
