Should I get a water cooled 980ti or regular air cooled g1 980ti?

I ask this question as this is the next or second to last part I will get to complete my computer build. I have looked at the different type of gpus from company's and have settled on the gigabyte g1 980ti but have looked at other 980ti's that are water cooled for only $50 more about give or take with rebate or sales sometimes. I will overclock my 980ti for sure but I know I can get the gpu cooler if it is water cooled so I can maybe get a little bit more juice out of it. My case is a NZXT s340 with a asus z97-a, i7-4790k, and Noctua NH-D14 cooler. Any help is appreciated!

Unless you're planning to overclock your card to its limits or your case has really bad airflow, which on a s340 it isn't too bad at all, there is really not much benefit in getting the watercool version-as SR-71 Blackbird said just go for the air cooled one.
