I have a $1000 budget to build a pc. I want to make it a gaming pc but know a $1000 limit really limits my options. I'm having a hard time pricing the parts correctly because I don't want to spend too much on one component only to cheap out on the next. If anyone knows of a guide of either price per part or power per part, that would really help me. I have a very general understanding of how to build a pc, but don't know all the fine details to actually bring it to life. If anyone knows of a good source of components that would also be greatly appreciated. I really don't want to buy a gaming pc because I believe I'll regret it.
