Weird boot message

When ever I turn on my computer, a message is displayed saying:
>>Checking Media Presence......
>>Media Present......
>>Start PXE over IPv4.
What does this message mean and how do I boot to windows?

This is usually because someone has set the computer to boot from the network first instead if the harddrive/ssd.
A quick change in the bios should fix it.
