Is this a good build for gaming / video editing ect?

Looking around and keeping my budget below the 1200 range, I'm trying to get the best deal. I looked at reviews for the parts and they looked decent, plus I looked at what I have now on my laptop and pc, and compared to see how much of an upgrade this new build is in terms of CPU power, Vidcard clock, ect. What do you guys think? Anything I should change? I may add more RAM later, and I already have a 850W 3 year old power supply, monitor, and other hard drives and case.

I actually have a liquid cooler, but not too sure how or if its going to fit? I may just use that. But yeah your right I may go with a cheaper cooler, things like that are what I am looking for!
