I am freaking out because I tried downloaded something. Now my computer keeps installing random programs.Also, I get esurf.biz popups when I open my browser. In addition, when I go to settings it says I have 2 guest browsers. Does this mean I have been hacked. Someone please help!!!!

you probably haven't been hacked

you probably do have some malware. run a good virus cleaner like malware bytes and/or spybot search and destroy to clean it up.
