So I've been in need of a headset for gaming and what not. I've been currently looking at three headsets/headphones right now.

I'm considering a pair Logitech G633 Artemis Spectrum RGB headphones

Or a pair of SteelSeries Siberia v3

Or lastly a pair of Turtle Beach PX24

I'm basically looking for something mainly for PC but also for Xbox One (I know I'm committing a sin by even owning a console). Also I'm planning on getting either a Blue Yeti or an AT2020 so a mic isn't 100% Needed, but would be pretty nice to have in case.

Perhaps the Audio Technica ATH-A900X or Soundmagic HP100 would be a good fit. Both are built well and have a detailed, balanced sound. Their bass is punchy and accurate but they are not bass canons like Beats by Dr.Dre. Good soundstage as well which will help for gaming. I believe they both go for around $120 on amazon.

The HP100s you could use on the go, the A900x would stay at home unless you want to look like you like an alien. The 3D wing headband with the A900x also might be problematic for people with small heads due to the light clamp.

You would get a better run for your money if you bought a pair of headphones from a respectable audio company like Sennheiser, Audio Technica, Beyerdynamic, etc. Sound and build quality wise they are usually a good step above similarly priced gaming headsets. Since you're using a separate mic the choice becomes easier.

Can you state your budget for the headphones and also your music genre preferences? I'm assuming gaming will not be their only use.

Alright, my budget is probably around $150. My music preferences vary, mainly Rap/Hip-Hop, and Chillstep or things similiar to it.
