I'm building a new gaming PC (first time i've ever build one) and i plan to get either the AMD FX 6300 or the 8320e, but i dont know what brand of Nvidia to get, so i was looking at this review:

http://thepcenthusiast.com/asus-evga-gigabyte-and-msi-gtx-750-ti-compared/

And the EVGA SC it's not only the cheapest card of the three options i have, but it's also the BEST, and that seemed to good to be true.

Also, would the Asrock n68 GS4 be a decent choice? do motherboards (or this motherboard in particular) bottle neck the gpu or cpu?

The motherboard does look somewhat cheap, although not to a point where I would say it's a problem. If the price is good and it fits your needs, then I say go for it.

For the PSU, 600W is more than enough for your build with a single graphics card, so again, no problem there!

I have an EVGA card, a GTX 970, and it works really well. Good headroom for OC, easy to use software and a powerful cooler. Honestly, the difference you'll see between them in games in minimal anyway. All 3 are great with their GPUs, so if one is cheaper, go for it!
