changed a setting in my bios and cant get back

i recently bought a new monitor and in order for it to output through the motherboard i had to change a setting in my bios to allow that but now that i have both my monitors hooked up to my video card i cant get into my bios for some reason because my computer starts up and goes straight to my log in screen

What settings did you change? Open up your computer take the cmos battery out for 1 minute, then put it back in. See this for reference:

it was something to do with display i would know it if i saw it. will taking out the battery cause any problems

Taking the battery out basically resets all bios settings. This will allow you to go back into the bios.

In order for me to remove my cmos battery i would have to first remove my video card is there another way as my video card is a tight fit and took a while of fidgeting to actually get into my case

there might be a colored jumper marked cmos clear on the motherboard that does same as removing the battery.
