Ok from other problem that I have going on in another post (http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2958600/slight-cpu-crashed-windows-boot.html) led me to this problem...
Ok I am attempting to upgrade my UEFI bios from 2012 to 2801, but I keep getting this error ( Selected files is not proper bios)????
Now I formated the USB drive pasted files in empty drive, restarted pc went into bios/ Advance mode/ Asus EZ Flash Utility. Select flash with bios and keep getting ( Selected files is not proper bios)....
Is this problem familiar with anybody???

I recommend you make absolutely sure that your trying to flash with the correct bios. If you list your mbod, we can look and see if your using the correct one. A few years ago, if you tried using the wrong bios, you could "brick" your computer! They are much smarter now, thankfully. If you are sure that your using the correct bios, then something in the procedure may not be getting done correctly. When you download the bios, is it in a zipped or compressed format? And your making sure that it gets uncompressed?

Ok got the Bios updated finally!!!
The problem was that Asus was taking me to wrong bios for wrong board. When manually navigating to the dl section for Asus 97a drivers, it only had option for Z97a 3.1, which until now I did not catch the difference. The only way I found to my MOBO was going to my user profile/ registered products, to my board and went to drivers from there.
