Need a New Power Supply and GPU For Acer X4630G

I have:

Acer X4630G
Intel i5-4570 @ 3.2GHz
16GB RAM
64 Bit
220watts
Shared GPU
1 Slot PCI Express x16

Want a better GPU than the one the computer came with. In order for me to upgrade the GPU I would most likely need to upgrade my power supply. I want this computer for light gaming and some video editing. Please help me find out what power supply I can use and what gpu I can use for my system.

Power supply demensions are 8' long by 2.25 high by 4 wide.

It is an integrated graphics card. The thing is that I am starting to use Adobe premiere for video editing. I play league of legends on mid graphics and no problem playing it, but would like to get it to play at high.

Most of them recommend 300 watt minimum what is the worth thing that can happen if I try it? Computer not turning on if installed and turning on when uninstalled? or does it fry my board?
