My credit card was put towards another verizon wireless customers account. I'm trying to find out if its somebody I know ,one in which I have their cell number,and means that they knowingly payed their bill with my card,or if it was a mistake on Verizon's part. Verizon representative said they can't find out what account it went towards because they can't run my card threw the system since I'm not on autopay. .on my online account for my crwditcard and bank and Email it just says' Verizon pymnt 47.52 CAUS " and the date which it was payed. Can't I run the person whom i now their cell nimbers phone number to see if payment was made on that date with my card. Help lease. Verizon is being worthless and no customer support whatsoever. The bank will handle it but I gotta request a bunch paperwork and wait around for at least 60daus for my money back.but what I'm more worried about is of its somebody whom I know and am close to. Please somebody help me with a way around this
