How do you add VRM heat sinks to a motherboard that doesn't have one?

Hi guys, I wanted to know how someone would apply aftermarket Enzotech heat sinks to the VRM area of their motherboard. There are no videos of people applying them to motherboards on YouTube. Also, how would someone know whether or not the heatsinks will fit the motherboard he or she has?
I want to add some kind of heatsink to my GIGABYTE GA-F2A88XM-D3H motherboard.
Could someone please tell me what kind of heatsink will be compatible with this motherboard and how to apply it?

How do you properly put those things on a motherboard? Can someone make a tutorial on it. I don't want to mess up my motherboard? How did you know that the 8.8mm MOFSET Chipsink would fit my motherbaord?
