PC Purpose: I want to play games like minecraft, csgo, left 4 dead 2, at more than 60fps nothing new basically. From time to time I will use this pc to code applications and such. I don't mind using Medium settings.

Screen Resoultion: 1360x768 nothing higher.

I have $190 left, and going the FX-6300 route would use up all of that, while the A6 Route would leave me with $80 to like buy games or a new keyboard. Is it worth using it all up for the fx-6300?

PC #1
HDD: 1TB Western Digital Green 64MB 5400rpm (purchased)
CASE: MicroATX MidTower Xion 310_bk (purchased)
PSU: Antec EA-350watt Bronze+ 88% efficiency (purchased)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard
CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5Ghz Six-Core
RAM: G.Skill 2x4GB 1600Mhz
GPU: R7 240 2GB

PC #2 (I was going to build this first.)
HDD: 1TB Western Digital Green 64MB 5400rpm (purchased)
CASE: MicroATX MidTower Xion 310_bk (purchased)
PSU: Antec EA-350watt Bronze+ 88% efficiency (purchased)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GAF2A68MDS2H A68H MATX
CPU: AMD A6-7400K 3.9Ghz Dual Core
RAM: G.Skill 2x4GB 1866mhz
GPU: None (I think this APU has a GPU Equivalent to the R7 240)

Solution
I would recommend this. If you feel like upgrading down the road get a new PSU and grab a GPU. The R7 240 and 250 are bleh. The CPU performance from the i3 6100 will far exceed the FX 6300 and it has build in graphics.

That antec 350 isn't going to cut it mate. You'll need something like this:

You should go with intel. At first sight, amd seems better because of more cores and a higher clock rate, but intel is still better for the money.

Don't go with an apu, use a discrete gpu. Also, $190 isn't going to get you very far. Try this:

CPU: Intel Pentium G3258 3.2GHz Dual-Core Processor ($66.88 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: MSI H81M-P33 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($44.99 @ NCIX US)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($29.99 @ Newegg)

PC #3
HDD, CASE, PSU - same
Motherboard - h110 ddr4 motherboard (many options)
CPU: Intel i3-6100
RAM: some 2x4gb DDR4 2133mhz
GPU: integrated hd 530
The integrated is really fast due ot the ddr4 at dual channel and has lower power consumption, compared to the AMD.

I don't think igpu would work very well....

You have $190 left and that is including the cost of cpu, mobo, ram and gpu? I would recommend against both CPUs personally. The 6300 will be the better of the two but I would recommend something a little more future conscious. With a 350w PSU you won't be able to get a strong GPU but I would highly recommend Intel here as the games you want to play are going to be very CPU hungry and the AMD cpus will be a bottleneck here with their lower single thread performance. With my FX 8320 and GTX 770 Minecraft struggles to maintain above 60fps with max settings (32 chunks view distance I believe). I float around 200fps then in the open it drops down to below 30 fps and I don't mean in the huge biomes. I just mean above ground looking into the distance.

Get an i3 6100 if possible. It will be the best as it is a dual core cpu with hyperthreading so you can take advantage of the stronger single threaded performance and even give it a slight overclock as if my understanding is correct, Skylake cpus can be overclocked regardless of the K series.

Actually I wasn't planning to play with everything maxed out in minecraft I was going to do the opposite since I know these are low end parts. I was going to only have render distance up to 8 with everything else off. I just need something better than my shitty AMD E-300 laptop. Would PC #1 Be good for this? This video shows decent fps with these parts https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j63xR7uJczk so I was guessing it was good for minecraft

As long as you're aware that's what's important. Do you plan to grow your system at all? I don't want to tell you to go for the fx 6300 if you're going to be able to put another 100-200$ into it in 3 months or so. Going with an Intel 1150 or better yet 1151 socket mobo will give you more headroom for expansion. As far as a GPU goes, the 750ti seems to still be the king of low end cards. Depending on your budget, again, I would recommend an Intel and you can always run with Intel HD until you buy a GPU. The FX 6300 will perform good enough and you will be able to have a lot of programs running with 6 cores but your single core performance is going to be low since a lot of games (plus background programs) will be using 2-4 cores.

As others have pointed out, that PSU isn't going to get you too far and if you plan on putting a GPU in there I would recommend a new PSU. Also stay away from the r7 240. It just isn't worth the fps/$.
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gpu-hierarchy,4388.html The intel HD 530 is rated higher than the R7 240.

Yeah I don't ever use any resolution higher than 1360x768, but will my current psu be good enough for a R7 250 then? PC PartPicker was at 244watts with the FX-6300 and R7 250. Also I will not be upgrading this pc in the future if I do then it'll most likely be like 1-2 years later. I don't know if I took it wrong but is my PSU bad for what the specs I listed on PC #1?

This goes over my budget, but I'm going to try to get more money before doing this, and try to get the I3-6100. I Didn't know this CPU existed with better GPU performance than the r7 240. Thanks so much for your help! :)
