I recently upgraded my motherboard and processor from a Gigabyte GA-B85M-DS3H Motherboard and an Intel Celeron G1840 to an AMD F2A68HM-HD2 Motherboard and an AMD A4 Series Dual Core (A4-4000) but it doesn't seem to boot properly. The fans come on, the monitor says its picking up a signal from the GPU (I changed GPU just in case but the same problem persists) and the LED lights come on but nothing on the screen. I think it may be a memory problem, I have 2 Corsair 4GB DDR3 sticks. Could it possibly be a compatibility issue? Does AMD accept Corsair memory? I haven't tried the memory bus troubleshooting method yet as of typing but I'm just wondering what other possibilities it could be in case that doesn't work.

Have you tried running it without the video card plugged in first? You're using an APU so you have a GPU built in, you can plug it in to the onboard video and take the video card out of the equation. The bios may be set up to default directly the APU's built in GPU. Try it running a bare setup (motherboard, cpu, ram, PSU only) and see if you get any thing to fire up.
