looking for a mother board to use with my xeon e3-1240v2 since i believe the s1200btl server board is holding me back. looking at either the Asus P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3 or i found the intel DP67BGB3. would like to use the gtx650ti graphics card that i already have. which of these would work better for me? or are there better options? not looking to break the bank with it.

According the MB cup support list, the e3 1240v2 is not in the asus list so I don't recommend it. However, the E3 1240v2 is not in the intel MB list too, but in other hand other e3 cpu ( e3 1245V2) is in the list, and the e3 1240 v2 may not work too. If you can find other MB, try it.
