good amd apu?

i was wondering if there is a good amd apu that can run modern games at an acceptable frame rate (say 45+)

What games? With AMD's APU Line Good ram helps improve Frame Rate, No APU will be able to run games like battlefront, GTA V, Assassins Creed at 30fps+
The best APU is the 7870k and is overclockable, But will not be suitable for Modern Gaming

The A10-7870K will run modern games at 30-60fps @ 720p. That's pretty much the best you get from integrated graphics.

^^ Agreed. For the most part the IGP is limited to 720p, to get high rates at higher resolutions you need at least a GTX960 or a R7-370/R9-380.
