That question, again. 1x7200 vs 2x5400R0

Title says it all, guys. Couldn't find an answer by my own, so I figured I'd ask you guys!

I threw away my old laptop, and my girlfriend did the same. So now I have:
-1 TB Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 (3.5", 7200 RPM)
-500 GB Hitachi Travelstar 5K500.B (2.5", 5400 RPM)
-750 GB Scorpio Blue (2.5", 5400 RPM)
-The mobo is an ASUS P8H77-V

So I wonder: Will I see a performance increase if I use the two laptop disks (RAID 0)? Data loss is not a big deal, as I have an external drive that continuously backs up important data. I mostly want to see an increase in performance, specifically boot up times and game loading. Power & heat are no problems. Don't know if it's important, but I run Win 10 on an i3-3220.

Solution
Honestly, I doubt that you would see a noticeable difference. Key word is NOTICEABLE. I am sure that there would be a difference in benchmarks, but "Real World" use on a single user desktop would be minimal at best, and not worth the trouble to set up.
Why not rather invest a little cash in a SSD. That will give you the biggest performance increase for booting and load times.
Yes, you could run the 2 drives in RAID0, but the performance boost will not be that large and will pale in comparison to what a SSD will give you.

@ Petrossa: ...
Because I just want to give everyone a headache?
Because I already have the HD and don't have to spend a penny?
Or cauz I went back to school some years ago and am now one of those students with a brand new diploma, no job, and no money?
I'm not sure which answer's right ;-)

@ clarkjd: Exactly my point. I don't want to trade-off data security just to brag in benchmarks! Thanks for your fast answer. Seeing on your profile that you're one hell of a savvy, I'll take your answer as Truth and put the smaller HD in my old 150 GB PS3 ;-)
