My new HyperX Savage 480gb ssd wont start

My new ssd as the title sugest wont start, and i dont know why, im not replacing an old one just adding one more ssd to get more space, ive plugged in both wires to the ssd correctly but it wont seem to start, and the new ssd shows up when i go to disc management but it says unlocated, plz someone help me with this

Is it got detected in BIOS?

Did you try changing SATA & Power cables?

If it is detected in BIOS & not detected in Windows, Make sure that wires and connections are proper, if you are unsure, unplug the wires from the working HDD and pin in to SSD, and start windows, usually windows will do disk check by it self, and repairs it, if this won't help, then

Install AOMEI and open that and see if your disk is visible there, if not let us know we will look further
