Hello, now i have AsRock H61M-VS R2.0 motherboard and GTX 550 Ti video card

I want to buy a GTX 960 4 GB (or 2 GB), but i dont know if its compatible with my motherboard.

Will it be compatible with my motherboard ?

Hi - Yes, compatible. You need only an x16 slot, even tho your mobo's is 2.0 the 960 will work and
no loss in perf vs x16 3.0 as the cards don't currently max out the lanes.

And the gtx960 doesn't require any more power than the 550ti, so you are off the hook in needing a new PSU

Hi again - There is one thing you need to check tho;
does your PSU have 2 pcie connectors? Reference gtx960's require only one, but many non ref 960's require two.

If you list your PSU and the brand/model of the 960 I can check for...

If you list your PSU and the brand/model of the 960 I can check for you. If you already know your PSU is
sufficient, then good.
