Nope, it shouldn't cause any issues to upgrade a power supply.

Why are you doing this? Surely you will void any warranty and for what, if it comes with a 450w PSU then 450w is enough, adding a 620w will change nothing apart from efficiency if you use a higher efficiency rated PSU.
