Would this pc make a cheap htpc?

I want to be able to stream Netflix and Comcast tv. I have Comcast Internet only.

Will the 5450 stream audio through the hdmi card to my tv?

Yes it will. It works well for something like that.

The 5450 should work just fine, but you'll have to plug it in to know for sure.

5450 more than capable of 720HD, might struggle with 1080HD, depends what cpu you will also link it too.
