And what would be ideal for like most things, like all-around computers, mobile phone etc?
32 Ohms is ideal for computers and mobile use since the built-in audio amplifier of the computer or mobile device is designed and optimized for that impedance.
Thanks for the responce, what would happen if the headphones are well over 32 Ohms?
Very high impedance headphones will have lower sound volume and may even require the use of an inline amplifier to increase the sound volume.
Stupid question; If u hooked it up to an amplifier, I suppose you wouldnt really get better sound, so whats the idea, is it if you already own such equipment?
The phone will have no trouble delivering the power to the headphones? beacuase I guess the phones amplifier isnt made to handle a lot when they include small earbuds

The phone's amplifier is optimized for power delivery to headphones with an impedance of 32 Ohms. Output power of the amplifier drops off rapidly when using high impedance headphones.
