ShadowPlay can't be turned on at all

Hey guys,

I just finished building my brand new PC and wanted to get started with recording videos and whatnot. I have an EVGA GTX 960 in my rig but i can't turn on ShadowPlay or change settings. I have a couple screenshots to show what i'm talking about.

ShadowPlay Settings

ShadowPlay Toggle (I can't click the toggle to turn it on)

Any help with my problem is appreciated!
