SSD in USB enclosure wont be detecteb by laptop URGENT

I know there is already a threat similar to this but its diferent in my case. I bought a Kingston SSD now V and a usb 2.0 enclosure that has 2 usb header on it. the thing is that when conected windows makes the sound of it conecting but it wont appear anywhere, not even my pc.

Please respond as quick as possible and thanks in advance

Hello... To need to invite it into your Windows security system first, to use it...

Right Click Computer-Manage-Disk Management-and right click the greyed out graphics area below to "Make Active"
Partition, Format, and other tools are there if ya need them... B )
