Stuck in BIOS(?) loop at start up. Get a PCI Devices Listing and then verifying DMI Pool Data, then restarts all over. Pulled hard drive and tried to boot from a Windows 7 CD when it requesting system disc, but no luck. Won't accept disc I have and don't know where to start on this. I would appreciate any starting steps that would get me through the loop.
UPDATE: NZXT Alienware case with Gigabyte ATX motherboard GA-G31M-Es2L, 4Gb of DDR2 RAM(has 2 Corsair XMS2), NVIDIA P1310 graphics card, Seagate Barricuda 500Gb hard drive model 7200.12(SATA connections), DVD drive has adapter on back to receive SATA cables.
