C:\Windows\system32>PC pls dont die on me :(

im looking for a way to fix the freezing if possible, if not whether or not i should start looking for a new harddrive.

Solution
Well that is never a good sign. I did see the short DST fail on a perfectly good drive however.

And this drive is still working :)

I would still be very interested in those smart results.

EDIT
Ok that is NOT good at all(looks like 6872 sectors have been remapped). backup and replace ASAP(I would not even use it until you are ready to backup).
While drives have a certain number before triggering. I replace at the first sight of this type of issue. If you scroll you may have some pending sectors as well.

I think you should be looking for a New Hard drive QUICKLY. You could also test the drive with seatools:
http://www.seagate.com/ca/en/support/downloads/item/seatools-win-master/
The longer you use the hard drive the more files could become corrupt.

yea there are pending sectors, what kind of drive should i buy? I game a lot if that helps

Yeah it sucks for a drive with that few hours to have bad sectors(and quite a few.).

Pending sectors are ones that are going to go into the remapped pile(thus bringing it even closer to the threshold[One i think allows for too many bad ones IMO])

Kind of scary since I just picked up 2 shiny new seagates for my NAS. Defects happen I guess(I have drive failures spit right down the middle with all makers having about the same rate of failure.).

As you can see, I put the hours of these things(but nothing compared to what I have seen others do).

WDC Blue 1TB 2.5 inch

For gaming SSDs make for fast load times, but cost MUCH more per gigabyte.

Once loaded most drives run similarly since they game loads into memory(MMO and other games that load on the fly can have reduced loading pauses with faster storage). I found the WDC Blacks are very fast(but more costly). I would just avoid drives under 7200rpm(Green,Red,Purple,LP,NAS/ect) due to higher latency.

well thanks for the sad news XP, really though thanks, i will start looking for a new hard drive now, also im supposed to be competing in ESL for rainbow six siege on Sunday PX, hopefully my drive survives until then

Please note that not all of the SMART attributes will make sense to us. some of them also break up data into multiple parts and thus make no sense in base 10.

Hope the drive makes it, but if it gets too bad you will have to reinstall windows(if the drive makes it, you may be able to clone it). I have cloned failing drives in the past with success.
