Corrupted Bios Settings?

So recently I tried to update my bios using m-flash and I realized that I plugged in my usb stick with the update data, into the case usb ports instead of the mb ports. I panicked and made a really stupid decision of pulling out my flash drive and powering off my pc. After I booted up, my two monitors didn't display anything. Next day I notice that my graphics card spins for 5 seconds and then stops and repeats this process. And today I pressed the button on my optical drive and noticed that it opens but then immediately closes itself. Could this possibly be a corrupted bios or did I brick my entire system?

Specs:
CPU: AMD FX-6300
GPU: Dual-X Sapphire Radeon R9 270X
MOBO: MSI 970 Gaming
RAM: Crucial X Sport 16 GB (4x4)
PSU: EVGA 500 Watt 80+ Bronze Certified
Operating System: Windows 7 64 bit

Solution
i would say you bricked your system.you can try pulling the cmos battery for a minute or so.this probably wont reverse the botched update but it might reset your hardware enough to boot to the bios.worth a try.

Tried that and it didn't work. I also tried using a cmos jumper to do the same thing but that also didn't work. SO THAT MEANS I HAVE TO PAY $800 MORE DOLLARS YAAAAAAY!

I'm thinking about getting a different motherboard, I honestly dislike Micro-star's products, probably going to go for the Asus Sabertooth. I would try to trouble shoot my current motherboard, but I tried a lot of things to fix it at this point. I'll see what happens...
