If you go for EVGA look at the B2 G2 or GS series, Corsair's CX series is their lower end so I would stay away from there. New models are hit and miss and it's probably better to stick to something in the top 2 tiers on the PSU list http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html 500w will be more than enough and give you room if you want to upgrade to something on the AMD side of things since they generally pull more wattage than Nvidia. The only thing I can recommend you to do is overclock that CPU a bit so your GPU can stretch it's legs.

You don't need much. The FX 8350 is a 125w TDP CPU and the GTX 960 is a 120w TDP GPU. Adding everything together, give yourself growing room, room for PSU degradation, and if you overclock I would recommend a 400w or higher PSU. With your HDD(s) and other components you'll be needing around 25amps which is only 300w, but again PSUs aren't 100% efficient so you need a little headroom which is why I would recommend a 400w PSU.

Take a look on this thread a find yourself something in the top 2 tiers so you can have confidence your components are safe. http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

Best of luck,
Zac
