can my corsair cx- 430 run Black Super OC HD Radeon 7700?

Greetings!
i have an existing Corsair CX-430 PSU and i am wondering if it can run a Black Super OC HD Radeon 7700 1120M 1GB video card. pls help...
my over all specs:

Intel core i3 3240 3.4ghz CPU
asus H61m-k mobo
Black Super OC HD Radeon 7700 1120M 1GB GPU
2x4gbgb gskills trident x 2400mhz RAM
1 WD velociraptor 500 gb 10,000 rpm HDD
1x120 mm fan
1x80mm fan
Corsair CX-430 PSU

Well, on paper it won't, but it could down the road if capacitors start to leak, in which case (hopefully) overvoltage or undervoltage protections will kick in and shut off the PSU to protect your PC, in which then you'd need a new PSU.

noted sir...but for the mean time while i have no funds for PSU upgrades, will this CX 430 of mine run smoothly my Black Super OC DD Radeon 7700 1120M 1GB without any issues?...
sorry for my silly question but just making sure, im still a newbie sir turkey3_scratch
