What kind of fans should I use?

So right now I have 2 Corsair SP120s and I was wondering how I should best install them. I'm 100% sure i'm going to use one of them to replace the stock fan in my Cooler Master K350 which is right behind the hard drive cage but I was wondering if it would be ok to use the other one as an exhaust even if there would be little restriction since I keep the back of the tower around 3-4 inches away from the wall and i'm using an AIO liquid cooler so there's no big CPU fan blocking the way. I could also use it as a side exhaust which is directly against my GPU. Was wondering if using a high static pressure fan without any restriction to airflow would be ok.

The AIO cooler came with it's own SP fans so no problem there. Wouldn't it be better though to use these other SP fans for the intake right in front of the hard drive cage and the intake right against the GPU? The GPU is literally less than an inch away from the side panel intake.
