Not entirely sure. Our site admins say they're fine with emulator discussion (like Hackintosh for instance) as long as the games in question aren't being discussed. I'll go check with the mod team on this one.

Incorrect. Emulators themselves can be discussed freely. However, any discussion as to how and where to obtain ROM or disk images, or how to run them is strictly forbidden.
