Here is the build. Local links are below the build. Build is focused on multi-core performance with lots of ram. All pricing in the build is in Indian Rupees. I did not include any software such as operating system, monitor, keyboard, mouse or Wifi card.

You might want to consider a hybrid HDD instead of a standard one but that would push you past the Rs 40000 limit. It would likely speed things up a great deal. Here is a separate link for a hybrid 1TB.
