I bought this Power Supply back in November or December (I can't remember) and have used it to power my EVGA gtx 970, and both my i5 6400 and FX 6300 before it.

I just want to know what kind of life expectancy I have for my components, because this power supply is apparently ranked in the 4th tier on the thread ranking all current power supplies.

I overclocked my FX 6300 to 4,5 ghz when I was using it (from December-January) and have just know been running my i5 6400 at 4.4 ghz. Both setups have been using about 1.25-1.28 volts for the CPU, everything else has remained unchanged (I haven't overclocked my graphics card).

Well yes and no, there are some cases where the PSU's power output goes out of safe ranges and that's what destroys components, and this usually only happens on low quality units like yours.

If you can, It'd be recommended if you switched to a higher quality unit to avoid any component damage in the future.

For units of that quality I'd expect it to do around 3-5 years at best.

Report to use whenever problems such as now unstable but stable before overclocks, BSOD's and an unstable system, as those are signs of a dying PSU.
