Is my cooler master b500 v2 500w (12v - 38A) good enough for my new MSI gtx 970 gaming 4gb??? Please answer!

Intel core i5-6600k Skylake 3,5 Ghz
HyperX Fury DDR4 2133MHz 16GB kit
240 gb SSD
1 Seagate barracuda 1 TB 7200rpm
No optical disk drive

Question: Will I be okay with my current PSU if I install MSI gtx 970 gaming 4gb into my rig?? Or do I have to buy a better one right away?

Officially, the B500 has enough power. I would not expect it to last very long though as it's mediocre in terms of quality.
