I've had my custom gaming pc for 3 months and it's worked fine, but then I left it unused for 7 weeks and when I came back my graphics card was performing bad. I did a speedtest and it said my gpu was only performing 21% of what it should be. (btw i checked for viruses and tried to push it down)

Try Updating Your Rig Drivers they could be out of date... Worked for me.... You Can Do this Through Amd Software or website
