Hi,

I have a notebook Asus G551JM comes with Windows 8.1 Professional and adding max RAM to it.

Now I'm facing a problem where after reset my notebook on October 2015, all my released programming software is having lag and freeze after running for a few hours. I already observed my old software version before reset which consume more memory (unproper memory cleaner in code) far more reliable than upgraded version (already manage bytes for memory hold).

I try to search for my Asus Win7 driver and I only see Win8 and above driver only. So my question is, how can I downgrade my notebook OS that not having a driver in Asus Website? Also the graphiv driver for 2GB GDDR5 Nvidia 960M(i guess/around that number).

# I already done 5 projects in Win7 and see nothing as what I'm facing now.

Kindly assist. Thanks

No, I mean replace your ram WITHOUT reformatting and see if your issues persist. If that solves it, you just had bad ram and were lucky you only had program errors. Those errors are NOT normal and caused by the performance recording software and low level storage device access, respectively, in windows having errors, which basically never happens.

Is it because of the ram?actually i add the ram after buy the notebook which is on May 2015. Or from your suggestion, shouldI format it using original ram amount and after that I add back thr ram? Now, my event viewer showing error for PerfLib,PerfNet,ESENT. I dont know if it affect the program and I see my client kiosk also having same error with addition security-spp error

Most likely though, your software is just poorly written, which is very likely considering you're using esent api instead of normal file access protocols or safe database software. I suggest going back through the code and making sure you don't have major issues there.
