Hello, Tom's Hardware community.

I'm Gabriel from Brazil. I just arrived Germany and I will stay here until February 2017 so I would like to spend some time to upgrade my rig. My current specs are:

CPU: AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz 8-Core (no OC with stock cooler).
MoBo: Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P ATX AM3+.
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866.
Storage: Kingston SSDNow 120GB SSD + Western Digital 1 TB HDD 7200 RPM.
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB Superclocked ACX 2.0 (I don't like to OC).
PSU: XFX XTR 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX.

Or you can check this link from pcpartpicker: The Lord v1.0.

Since I'm in Germany I would like to upgrade buying these components:

CPU: Intel Core i5-6600K 3.5GHz Quad-Core (no OC at all).
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i GTX 70.7 CFM Liquid.
MoBo: MSI Z170A GAMING M5 ATX LGA1151.
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2400.
Storage: Seagate 2 TB 7200RPM SHDD.
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB Superclocked ACX 2.0 (I don't like to OC).

Link from pcpartpicker: The Lord v2.0.

So I will change my CPU, MoBo, CPU Cooler and RAM and I will add the SHDD and the GPU. Pcpartpicker says that v2.0 wattage is 541 W and that there are no incompabilities if I keep using my XFX PSU.

I already read some posts from this community similar to my question but the answers are varied. Could you guys clear my mind about this topic, please?

I appreciate it.

Hi - Yes that XFX 650XTR will run your upgraded system config with two gtx 970's. It has the requisite 4 pcie
power connectors and sufficient +12v amps available. The 6600k actually draws less power than the 8350.

So, you're good to go.

I know about German PcPartPicker, but not all components are available in Euro.
