Palit GTX 970 Blower type, Durable? Quality? Is it good?

Hi guys! I was wondering if this Palit GTX 970 would be good, is there any downsides to this? this is the cheapest 970 compared to the Jetstream, Zotac and Asus in my country. also should I change my PSU? I have a thermaltake 700w currently using R9 270x 2GB.

Blower coolers are noisier, that's the downside.

I had one, they are really light, but they go inside your PC, so it's very unlikely to get hit or anything. Your PSU will be sufficient for the 970. As said above, they are noiser than 2 fan designs like the jetstream.
