I have been having this problem for the past few days, and it seems to be getting worse everyday. I have windows 10,( this is a desktop). we have reset the router, changed channels. Our hardlined computer does not seem to have any issues. We have a Linksys EA6350 AC1200+ Dual-Band Smart Wi-Fi Wireless Router. The computer that is having the problem is running on the 5GHz. I have a TP-Link N900 Wireless Dual band PCI express adaptor on my computer. I need help figuring this out. I am not very computer savvy so if there is more information that you need please give me complete instructions on how to get it to you. Thank you in advance for your help!

From where it is getting disconnected from computer or from router, what I mean is

1. Switch off the PC
2. Access the internet from the mobile using wifi, and see if that disconnection issue still exist
if the issue still exists, then there are 2 possibilities

1. Bad router, if this is the case, then upgrade or reset the firmware and see
2. Bad connection: Not in your hand

Your Laptop & Mobile cannot go wrong at same time so probably might be the Router issue or connection issue

So,
1. Try upgrading router firmware if you still face the problem,
2. Next suboption is: you can change the RJ45 pins also at both ends of the LAN cable or Replace LAN cable if you have good spare one

If 1,2 not work, then connection is the issue, call service provider and tell the issue

Router firmware is up date. These pins you are talking about, I do not understand what you mean. What Lan cable from where? Sorry to be dumb. Just to be clear I have several devices in my home. The only one that seems to be having an issue I my desktop. My other wireless devices do not get disconnected.

Dude he quite clearly stated he's on the 5Ghz wireless, why are you talking about patch cables and pin outs??

To the Router & To the PC, how the connection established, there should be somewhere wired right?

So does anyone have any other suggestions? Is there something I need to do with my router that I am not understanding. I really have no clue how this even started. I have always had a good connection. And all of a sudden it started doing this, but we had not changed anything. Why would my card go bad all of a sudden?
