This cooler is enough for around 4.4Ghz +/- 0.1

I am from Bangladesh . I will buy this products from authorized distributor of my country . Actually i am very much worried about my psu . I7 6700k will cost me more and Also I have to buy a good z170 mobo with gaming features :( I am very confused here .

The psu you need is determined by the graphics card you will use, not by how much you overclock the cpu.
In this case, a 550w psu is more than enough for a GTX960.

Few games can use more than 2-3 cores, so the extra hyperthreads of a i7 will largely go unused.
The capability of the single master thread is most important.

I would make a good case for the i3-6320@3.9.

Or, if you will contemplate overclocking, a I5-6400@2.7 and a Z170 motherboard can get you to the 4.0-4.4 area.

And, if you will not overclock, there is no need for an aftermarket cooler, the stock cooler will do the job.

Lastly, I think today, 120gb for the "C" drive is too small. Many things besides windows want to go on the "C" drive. I suggest 240gb up front and defer on the hard drive. It is easy to add a hard drive later.
Samsung evo is my preferred ssd.

Agreed, though I would get a different power supply because Thermaltake PSUs aren't exactly known for quality.

OP - what country are you posting from and what store are you buying from?

I have already this psu adn i cant sell it now it will cost ectra money to buy a new one :( it also has more than 1.5 year warrenty left :(

You no need K version for OC
Buy i5 6400 or i7 6700 and OC via blck to around 4.5Ghz * average OC on air
Guide and all needed info here => http://overclocking.guide/asus-z170-non-k-overclocking-guide/
