After install a new ssd as boot device ,old hdd make noise regularly . The noise is sound like "dar" about every 20 minutes ? the sound is very clear and a little loud. Someone said it's the hdd head's sound. I find several people meet the same problem like me in chinese website. They bought new ssd and instal it ,then the old hdd began to make this noise . could somebody help what happend.

Probably nothing happened, if the drive it not being used, it may just be getting access every so often as the system checks things, or it may be going to low power mode then waking up. You can always run a scan on the drive, the drive vendor would have a utility to do that with.

On one of my desktops with SSD+HDD, the HDD will regularly make a "plink" noise, as if the head or other metallic part was hitting something.

As the HDD is the secondary drive, maybe it's not used that often (and not as noisy) and as said above, the system might check it from time to time, hence the occasional plinking noise.

As suggested, run a scan on the drive just to make sure everything is correct.
